From coaching clients:

Our newsletter is managed through Squarespace, our website platform. By subscribing, you consent to us storing and using your email address to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We use trusted third-party services to help us operate. Please be aware that each has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle your data:

•       Squarespace - website hosting, newsletter management, and analytics

•       Calendly - appointment booking (Calendly's own privacy policy applies when you book through their platform)

•       Telegram - messaging platform used for between-session support in coaching packages (Telegram's own privacy policy applies to messages sent via their app)

•       Instagram and Facebook - linked or embedded content (their respective privacy policies apply upon interaction)

We only work with services that comply with applicable data protection regulations.
