Group Spaces
Monthly In-Person Grief Cafe
A relaxed, welcoming space to come as you are, based at Fika at The Waterfront.
No structure, no expectations - just a warm drink, beautiful views of the water, conversation (or quiet), and being around people who get it.
You don’t have to share. You don’t have to stay the whole time.
You’re welcome exactly as you are.
The next cafe is 10am-11.30am Friday 14th August 2026
The AfterGlow Collective - Next Group Beginning in September
The Afterglow Collective is a small, intimate group coaching space specifically for people who have lost someone to suicide. Just 8 members. Three months. A safe, held space to stop carrying this particular grief alone.
It came directly from the people who attended my recent free suicide loss circles - several of them told me they wanted somewhere to keep coming back to. A space that understood the specific weight of this kind of loss without having to explain it. So I built it.
The next Collective meets on Wednesday evenings at 7:00–8:15pm on:
🧡 Wednesday 9th September
🧡 Wednesday 7th October
🧡 Wednesday 11th November
Here's what's included:
🧡 Monthly live group coaching session - 75 minutes on Google Meet, held with care, honesty and a lot of warmth
🧡 Private Telegram community - a safe space to connect and feel held between sessions
🧡 Monthly resources and reflections - prompts and tools to support you in the weeks between calls
🧡 A shorter monthly check-in - an additional lighter touchpoint so you're never going too long without support
🧡 Lifetime access to the Afterglow community Telegram chat once the programme ends
✨ £110 for the full three months
✨ £40 x 3 monthly payments
This is not a drop-in. This is a committed, contained three month space where you'll be held alongside others carrying the same particular weight of suicide loss - with somewhere to land long after it ends.
If you’d like to join the Collective please add your details below and I’ll come back to you with everything you need.
Coming This Autumn - Afterglow Widows Collective
A small group coaching space for widows, held with the same care as my 1:1 work.
This isn't just a support group. It's coaching - the same approach I use with my 1:1 clients, brought into a small group space.
We'll start with the body - because before we can think clearly about anything else, we need to find some safety inside ourselves again.
From that steadier ground, we'll begin looking at what you actually want the future to look like - not the one grief handed you, the one you get to build.
Along the way you'll get worksheets and resources to work through between sessions, so the support doesn't stop when the call ends.
And underneath all of it - you'll be with other widows who get it. No explaining. No performing. Just understood and held.

“The Collective has been a very positive and affirming experience for me. Rachel has created a a safe space for people to share their experiences with others who just ‘get it’. Over the past three months I have been able to reflect on my own grief journey and look forward to the future whilst still carrying the memory of my person alongside me. ”
