Maybe you’re still doing the school run, answering emails and telling everyone you’re fine, and nobody sees what it’s costing you.
Maybe it’s been months, or years. Everyone else seems to have moved on. You haven’t, and you’re not sure who you are anymore.
1:1 coaching is a space that’s just for you, where you don’t have to pretend you’re okay. We work with your body as well as your mind, at your pace, so you can start to feel steadier and find your way back to yourself.
I know this road. I lost my husband to suicide while I was pregnant, and both my parents before that. I won’t rush you, fix you or tell you how to feel. I’ll walk alongside you. 🧡

Common questions about
Holistic Grief Coaching
-
It might be for you if:
you’re getting through the days, but it’s taking everything you’ve got
people around you seem to have moved on, and you’re still struggling
you don’t recognise yourself anymore and want to find your way back
you want practical tools for the hard days, not just someone to listen
you’re ready to look forward, even a little, while still carrying your loss
You don’t need to have it all worked out. If you’re not sure, that’s exactly what the free call is for. We’ll talk it through, and if something else would suit you better right now, I’ll tell you.
-
It means we work with the whole of you, not just your thoughts.
Grief doesn’t only live in your head. It shows up in your body as exhaustion, tightness, a racing heart, or the feeling that you can’t switch off. You can’t think your way out of that, so we work with your nervous system first, using simple tools to help your body feel safer and steadier.
From there, we look at the rest: your thoughts, your feelings, your sense of who you are now and who you’re becoming. Body, mind and spirit, at your pace.
-
No. We don’t go back into past trauma. We work forwards together, looking at how you’re coping now, what your body and mind need, and how to find steadiness again. If I think you’d benefit from therapy alongside or instead of coaching, I’ll always tell you honestly.
-
There’s no right time. Some people come to me weeks after a loss, and others years later, when grief has resurfaced or been lost in the shuffle of everyday life. If you’re very early on and need something gentler and less forward facing first, I can point you to other support.
-
Yes. I’m a certified holistic grief coach, trained with Good Grief UK and accredited by the IPHM and ACCPH.
I’m also ASIST trained in suicide intervention, have completed safeguarding training, hold an enhanced DBS check, am fully insured, and have regular supervision to support my practice.
I work within clear boundaries. If I think you’d benefit from counselling or clinical support alongside or instead of coaching, I’ll always tell you.
And I bring something no course can teach: I’ve lived loss myself.
-
We’ll chat for around 30 minutes about where you are and what you’re looking for, and you can ask me anything at all. There’s never any pressure to book anything afterwards. It’s just a chance to see if it - and me- feels right.
-
Grief isn’t only about death. You might be grieving a relationship that ended, a family member you’re estranged from, your health after a diagnosis, the life you thought you’d have, or someone who’s still here but not who they were.
These losses are often harder to talk about, because people don’t always recognise them as grief. They are, and they deserve support too.
If you’re not sure whether coaching is right for what you’re going through, book a free call and we’ll talk it through.
“I lost my mum quite suddenly last year, I reached out to Rach 8 months later. On our initial zoom call she made me feel at ease and I was able to open up to her and off the back of our initial call I booked in person sessions with her where she offers a safe place for me to open up and talk openly and honestly about my grief. Knowing she has been through it herself has given me confidence in what I’ve been feeling is a normal part of grief. She’s really helped me navigate through my new ‘normal’
If you’re struggling with grief and the million emotions that come with it I would recommend you book a call with her. I’m so glad I did. Thank you Rach, beautiful person inside and out”
