“Rachel has a warmth and sincerity which cannot be faked and this makes her sessions feel so safe and nurturing. I have learned invaluable coping mechanisms and techniques that I would never have discovered on my own, and they have genuinely helped me when I have felt in crisis mode and unable to break the cycle of despair.
Rachel has a deep and personal insight into grief, and so talking to her feels as though nothing is off limits and that you are in a safe, judgement free zone, with space to go wherever the conversation leads. She is unshockable and always calm and grounding.
If anyone is unsure whether to take that first step my advice would be “go for it”. I am certain they will have the same experience that I did, room for tears, space to say things you can’t share with your loved ones and a stillness to just “be” with your feelings of grief with someone who has lived it and understands. I am not “fixed” and I still feel grief but I have found someone to share my inner feelings with and to help me find coping mechanisms so I can move forward with a life that honours those I have lost.
Thank you, Rachel for sharing all my tangled feelings with me. You have genuinely made a difference and the biggest compliment I can pay you is that despite our original sessions having now concluded, I shall certainly be in touch for more because of the bond we have formed.
You have a light that not all possess and it truly impacts people as they are navigating the trickiest of times. ”

“I don’t think I will ever be able to fully put into words what Rachel has meant to me and my journey through grief.
When I first came to her, I was carrying so much pain, sadness and loss. Rachel gave me something I didn’t realise I needed so desperately: a truly safe space. A space where I could fall apart, cry without holding back, speak openly, laugh when I never thought I could laugh again, and simply be exactly where I was without judgement or pressure to “move on”.
Through her kindness, compassion and gentle guidance, Rachel has helped me find my way back to myself. She hasn’t tried to take my grief away or tell me how I should feel. Instead, she has walked alongside me and helped me learn how to live with my loss, while slowly discovering who I am now. Her own experience with grief allows her to understand the complexities of what I’m feeling and guidance with coping mechanisms for when it gets tough.
Because of this journey, I am where I am today, less than 7 months after loosing my husband - living as me, carrying the love, the memories and the grief, but also finding laughter, hope and life again.
I’m living in my own afterglow: still touched by what I have lost, but beginning to feel the warmth of life again too.
Rachel has been a light in some of my darkest moments, and I will be forever grateful for the space she held, the tears she allowed, the laughter she welcomed, and the guidance that helped me find my way.
If you are grieving and feeling lost, I cannot recommend Rachel highly enough. She truly has a gift for helping people feel seen, understood, supported and safe when life feels like it has fallen apart.
We met under awful circumstances but I’m blessed to have her in my life.”
